·12 · 1999 2 28 1 　Chi n J Pathol, February 1999, Vol 28, No .1 ·· 张长淮 【】　　、。 　10 , HE , LSAB S-100、、。 10 32 。　6/8 13/24 , , 。 10 20 ～ 10 1～7 , 1 1 。5 、。　 ;, , 。 【】　　　 The patho-morphology and biological behavior of repeatedly recurrent liposarcoms in retroperitoneum　 ZHANG Changhuai .Dep artment of Pathology , Beij ing Friendship Hosp ital, Beij ing 100050 【Abstract】　Objective 　To investigate the patho-morphological eatures and biological behavior o repeatedly recurrent liposarcomas in retroperitoneum as w ell as the di erential diagnosis with other malignant mesenchymal tumors.Methods　Totally 10 patients accompanied w ith detailed clinical data.Except HE staining, immunohistochemical assays or S-100 actin, vimentin and myoglobin w ere also used or 32 specimens.Results　 6/8 cases o the primary and 13/24 cases o the recurrent tumors o this group were diagnosed as sclerosing liposarcoma with spindle cell proli eration arranged in ascicles and w horls.Ten retroperitoneal tumor recurred within 20 months ～ 10 years, and among them, distant metastasis obtained only in one case.The histologic subtypes o recurrent and metastasized tumors became varied in 5 cases.Conclusion　Sclerosing liposarcoma was the most common histological subtype, see in retroperitoneal liposarcoma, local recurrence requent, but distant metastasis rare.Surgical removal o the recurrent tumors might prolong the survival expectation o these patients. 【Key words】　Liposarcoma 　　Retroperitoneal neoplasms 　　, 1 3 , ,10 32 3 , 。 4 ;1 , , , 1 。 ; 1 , 20 ,, 。 32 1 , 　　、 。 1972 ～1995
