Abstract: OccupationaI bumout seriousJy affects 由e development of counselors in universitie s, which manifests in the aspects of emotional exhausti仙， humanization and frustration of individual vaJue. Because of their working objects becoming diversification and complication, the conflicts of multiply work roles , and the contradiction between difficultly quant均由e work pelformance and quantitative assessment. Positive psychology provides a good method of strategy for the occupational burnout of University counselors from the positive subjective expel;ence, positive personality characteristics and positive school organization system. According ωthe re sults of the research , the author suggests the following three aspects to improve the present situation of college counselors job burnout: To cultivate positive emotions, and enhance the subjective positive experience ability of the counselors; To cultivate personaI characteristics, and shape the pe1fect personality of counselors; To optimize the support system, and promote the personaJ values of counselors. 关键词:积极心理学;高校辅导员;职业倦怠 Key words: positive psychology; university counselors; occupational burnout
