二维数字图像相关方法中离面位移的影响与矫正论文
ABSTRACT
In recent years, two dimensional digital image correlation (2D-DIC) is now
widely accepted and commonly used as an important experimental method in the field
of experimental mechanics because of its characteristics: full-filed, non-contact, high
precision, easy to realize automation. As one of the most important factors that may
affect the precision of the measurement, out-of-plane motion has attracted much
attention.
The paper analyzed the computational load of N-R when different computational
configurations are adopted. A theoretical model is given to predict the computational
speed, which is validated by an numerical experiment. As for out-of-plane motion, a
new model to eliminate the pseudo strains caused by out-of-plane motion is
established, which is based on the principle of geometrical optics. The achievements
of this work mainly lie in:
1、The computational load is analyzed based on Newton-Rapshon scheme when
different computational configurations are adopted. In real experiment, we should
select computational configurations properly to lower the computational load when
the computational precision is guaranteed.
2 、As for the effect of out-of-plane motion on 2D-DIC, the theoretical model of
the relationship between out-of-plane motion and pseudo strains caused by it is
established, which is validated by a numerical experiment.
3、A new method is put forward to measure the parameters of out-of-plane motion
and an improved 2D-DIC is established. In this method, two parallel laser strips are
projected on the surface of the planar specimen. The parameters of specimen’s
out-of-plane motion are determined by comparing the locations of the laser strips
before and after deformation. Using these parameters, we can determine the pseudo
strains ca
