微生物学通报 SEP 20, 2009, 36(9): 1390~1396 Microbiology © 2009 by Institute of Microbiology, CAS tongbao@ 专论与综述 醋酸菌多相分类研究进展 * 冯 静 施庆珊 欧阳友生 陈仪本 ( 510070) 摘 要: 醋酸菌是一大群革兰氏染色阴性、绝对好氧的细菌的总称, 能将乙醇或糖类不完全氧化 为有机酸。醋酸菌的分类在近30 年经历了很大变化, 早期的分类系统主要以表型和生化特征为基 础。如今, 大多采用结合表型、化学分类法和基因型数据的多相分类法对醋酸菌进行分类。本文 综述了醋酸菌的多相分类研究进展, 主要介绍了醋酸菌的现行分类情况及表型分类、化学分类和 基因分型等方法在醋酸菌分类中的应用。 关键词: 醋酸菌, 醋酸菌科, 多相分类 Research Progress on the Polyphasic Taxonomy of Acetic Acid Bacteria FENG Jing SHI Qing-Shan* OUYANG You-Sheng CHEN Yi-Ben (Guangdong Institute of Microbiology, Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Applied Microbiology, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510070, China) Abstract: Acetic acid bacteria are Gram-negative, obligate aerobic bacteria that have the ability to incom- pletely oxidize alcohols or sugars to organic acids as end products. The taxonomy of acetic acid bacteria has undergone many changes in the last 30 years. The early classification systems for these bacteria were based on morphological and biochemical characteristics. Today, the acetic acid bacteria are classified as the con- sensus result of a polyphasic analysis, combining phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and genotypic data. This paper reviewed the polyphasic taxonomy of acetic acid bacteria, mainly introduced the current classification of acetic acid bacteria, then discussed the application of phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and genotypic method in the taxonomy of acetic acid bacteria.
