Vol. 34 No. 1 沈阳体育学院学报 第34 卷第 1 期 Feb.2015 2015 年2 月 Joumal of Shenyang Sport University ‘体育教育训练学 中学体育伤害事故保障体系考察及其构建路径 丁海榕 (江苏省泰州中学，江苏泰州 2253∞) 摘 要:中学阶段是培养学生健康体质的关键时期，而由于体育伤害事故的存在导致中学体育开展的效果不尽如人 意。笔者从主客观两个方面探讨了中学体育伤害事故保障体系构建的必要性，从政府、社会、学校3 个主要参与主体 来考察当前我国中学体育伤害事故保障体系所涉及的主要内容。认为建立中学体育伤害事故保障体系应考虑学生 因素、教师因素、学校因素以及社会因素等，并提出了中学体育伤害事故保障体系构建应从制度保障、预警与宣传教 育保障、管理与协调保障以及社会保险保障等路径入手的建议。 关键词:中学体育;伤害事故;保障体系;路径 中图分类号:G807.3 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1∞4 -0560(2015)01 -0107 -05 Investigation and Construction Path on Security System of Middle School Sports Injury Accidents DING Hairong (Taizhou Middle School ,Taizhou 225300 ,Jiangsu ,China) Abstract: Middle school stage is the key to cultivate students health ,but the sports injury accidents lead to the unsatisfac- tory eftì巳ct of middle school sports. The au由or discussed the necessity of constructing security system of middle school sports injury accident from two as严cts of subjective and objective ,and then examined the m副n content involved the securi- ty system of current sch∞1 sports injury accident based on 由e 由ree major players such as the government , society anl school. The results show 由at 出e establishment of security system of middle school sports injury accident should consider four factors such as students ,teachers ,schools and society ,and puts forward the construction path of security system should begin from the system security ,early warning and the propaganda and education security ,management and coordination se- curity
