摘　　要 本设计内容是采用连续精馏的方式，使用四个精馏塔，将脱氢混合液精馏成纯度大于99.7%产品苯乙烯以及乙苯、苯、甲苯和焦油。 ，对苯乙烯分离塔（T040）进行了热量衡算严格的设备计算，塔高、塔径，填料性能和尺寸。对塔顶冷凝器泵进行了计算选型设计。绘制了带控制点的工艺流程图，设备布置图及管道布置图。Abstract The content is the simulate computation and process design of 120000 t/a of styrene vacuum distillation system. The dehydrogenated mixture is separeted into styrene, ethylbenzene, benzene, toluene and other heavy constituents like flux oil with continuous rectification of four distillation columns.
