货位号在药剂科药品管理中的应用 ＊ # 任春玲 ，李 毅，张金鹏，陈湛芳，莫晓媚，冷永涛（青岛妇女儿童医院，山东青岛 266000） 中图分类号 R95 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2015）19-2686-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2015.19.29 摘 要 目的：为货位号在医院药剂科药品管理中的应用提供参考。方法：采用三维立体编码法对货位号进行编排，并结合医院 信息管理系统（HIS ），用于药品的出入库、调配和盘存。通过记忆字段假设法，比较货位号管理前、后住院药房药师所需记忆的字 段大小；采用抽样对照试验，比较住院药房药师和药库药师在药品实行货位号编码管理前、后调配药品所用时间和步行距离。结 果：住院药房采用货位号编码管理后，药师所需记忆字段由1028个降为25个，调配时间由（36.57±0.82）min 减少到（24.20± 0.33）min ，步行距离由 （79.17±0.29）m 减少到（38.59±0.56）m 。药库采用货位号编码管理后，药师调配时间由（61.81±0.44） min 减少到（47.18±0.63）min ，步行距离由（129.53±0.58）m 减少到（68.97±0.32）m 。结论：药品货位号编码管理后可提高药品 调配效率，降低药师脑力、体力劳动量。 关键词 货位号；药剂科；电子信息化管理 Application of Position Number in the Drug Management in Pharmacy Department REN Chun-ling ，LI Yi ，ZHANG Jin-peng ，CHEN Zhan-fang ，MO Xiao-mei ，LENG Yong-tao （Qingdao Women and Children ’s Hospital ，Shangdong Qingdao 266000，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To provide reference for the application of position number in the pharmacy drug management.
