本科学生毕业设计 矿用自卸车车厢和举升机构设计 系部名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职 称：  The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree The Design for Compartment and Lifting Mechanism of Mining Dump Truck Candidate： Specialty： Class： Supervisor： 摘 要 本设计的题目是矿用自卸车车厢和举升机构设计。矿用自卸车是矿业生产中的重要设备，它具有荷载量大，车速低，运距短等主要特点。车厢和举升机构是重要的工作装置，对于车辆可靠工作、自动倾倒货物具有重要作用。 本设计首先论述了车厢和举升机构的结构形式，以及在满足设计性能需求的情况下，选择最符合要求的形式。在确定了矿用自卸车底盘的参数后，依此为依据完成其车厢和举升机构的设计，并对举升机构和液压系统进行校核，而且要绘制出车厢、举升机构、液压系统等图纸。在液压系统设计中，还要进行液压缸和油泵的选型和计算，并要选择取力器和方向控制阀的类型。由于矿用自卸车的工作条件比较恶劣，对它的要求也比一般的自卸车要苛刻，车厢的体积也比较大，强度要求也比较大，材料的强度也比较重要。若能将不同类型的举升机构，按其各自的特点配备到与之相应的自卸汽车，则无论是自卸汽车的工作性能，还是举升机构的使用效率，都会得到很大的改善。因此，如何选择合适的举升机构和车厢，成为自卸车设计的重要问题。 关键词： 自卸车；设计；车厢；举升机构；液压系统 ABSTRACT The topic of this design is compartment and lifting mechanism of mining dump truck.The mining dump truck is importance equipments in the mineral industry,it have characteristics of carrying great capacity,the low speed and the short distance.The compartment and lifting mechanism of mining dump truck is of importance in work equipment,which have a large impact on the functions,such as the credibility of vehicle,the level of dumping the goods and so on. Firstly this design discussed the forms of the structure of compartment and lifting mechanism,and choiced the best form under the circumstance of satisfying the functions in need.After fixing on the parameter of the chassis of mining dump truck,according to this,we can complete its compartment and lifting mechanism,check hydraulic system and lifting mechanism,protract the blueprint of hydraulic system and lifting mechanism. In the design of hydraulic system,we need to choice the form of hydraulic cylinder and calculate the parameter of hydraulic cylinder,confirm the parameter and basic configuration and the scheme of total disposal of implement..Because of the worse working condition of mining dump truck,the demand for mining dump truck is very rigour,such as,the large volume of compartment and the big intension of material.If
