N itrogen metabolism is not only one of the basic processes of plant physiology, but also one of the important parts
of global chemical cycle. Plant nitrogen assimilation directly takes part in the synt hesis and conversion of amino
acid through the r eduction of nitrate. During this stage, some key en ymes, e. g . , nitrate r eductase ( N R) , glu
tamine systhetase ( GS) , glutamate dehydrog enase ( G DH) , glutamine sy nthase ( G OGAT ) , aspargine synthetase
( A S) , and aspartate aminotransferase ( AspAT ) participate these processes. T he protein is assimilated in plant cell
through amino acid, and becomes a part of plant org anism through modifying, classifying, transporting and storing
pro cesses, etc. T he nitrogen metabolism is associated with carbonic metabolism through key en yme regulations
and the conversion of products, w hich consists of basic life process. Among these amino acids in plant cell, glutam
ic acid ( Glu) , glutamine ( Gln) , aspart ic acid ( Asp) and aspara
