The key element for the develo ment of exhibition industry is tal ents, who are equi ed with broad and dee rofessional qualities, knowledge and skills. Currently the education of exhibition talents is just initiated and is by no means mature, nevertheless the demands for such highly qualifiedtalents is very large. To meet such demands and catch u with the develo ment of the industry, com lex exhibition talents should be cultivated to ro el the healthy, ra id, sustainable develo ment of Shanghai exhibition industry and build Shanghai into a metro olis in the Asian- Pacific Region.
