毕业论文（设计） 课题名称 中小企业仓储成本控制分析————以苏州中杨物流有限公司为例 课题类型 □毕业设计　√毕业论文 二级院系 经济管理学院 专业班级 物流管理13-1 学号 130512129 姓名 张磊 指导老师 张晓红 2016年 5 月 9 日 摘要 摘要：随着当前企业的长足发展，企业经营运行过程中的各项业务得以完善，使其整体组成结构体系日趋完整，这为企业的整体经营运行与发展提供了有利契机。在苏州中杨物流有限公司中物流仓储是企业整体组成结构体系中的一环节，并且其作用价值非常重要，这样则决定着其占据着企业整体运行流动资金总额较大比例的环节，因此，控制物流仓储方面的成本支出对于赢得更高经济利润而言十分重要，与此同时，也能够为企业其他项目活动顺利开展提供有力保障，使其得到资金支持而得以顺利、高效开展，进而为企业创造更高的利润空间。现本研究围绕苏州中杨物流有限公司来分析其当下仓储成本控制现状，并且就其中所存在的问题而提出若干解决对策，以期进一步推动其在竞争激烈的潮流下稳步前行。 关键词：中杨 中小企业 物流管理 仓储成本 控制策略 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of the enterprises, the operation of enterprises in the process of the business can be improved, so that the whole structure system is becoming more and more complete, the enterprise business operation and development provides a good opportunity. Logistics warehouse is the whole enterprise form a link structure system, and its value is very important, logistics is the main organization of the whole operation process part, thus determines the overall business enterprises occupy a total operating liquidity larger proportion of links therefore, the logistics cost control is very important, to win a higher economic profit at the same time, can also provide a powerful guarantee for the enterprises of other project activities carried out smoothly, make it get financial support and the smooth and efficient development, and create more profit for enterprise. Now below the surrounding Zhongyang enterprises to analyze the warehouse cost in the current control situation, and on the existing problems and put forward some countermeasures, in order to further promote the competitive trend steadily forward.
