Vo l. 17 .No. 3 环境与健康杂志 2000 年 5 月第 17 卷第 3 期 • 167 • 【技术句方法1 文章编号:1001-5915(2000)03-0167刷刷 两种方法测定化妆品防腐剂抑菌效果及评价 符晓梅1 甜幼玲1 诸元生l 陆跃良1 张建新2 (1.江苏省卫生防疫站，南京 210009; 2. 昆山市卫生防疫站) 摘要I [目的〕检测化妆品防腐剂抑商效果，并对方法进行评价。[方法〕选择两种凯松(凯松 1 、凯松 2) 和 一种布罗波尔化妆品防腐剂，分别以纸片法和防腐剂效力测试法观察了不同浓度 (0.04% 、 0.06% 、 0.08% 、 0.1% 和 0.2%) 和不问时间 (6 h、 24 h 、 48 h、 7d 和 14 d) 防腐剂对大肠杆菌A丁CC 8099 、金黄色葡萄球菌 ATCC 6538、 白色念珠商 ATCC 10231 和黑曲霉A丁CC 16404 的抑菌效果。[结果〕凯松 1 、凯松 2 和布罗波尔抑商有效浓度纸片 法测定分别为 0.1% 、 0.06%和 0.2% ，在所试浓度内只有布罗波尔对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠随和黑幽霉无抑 商效果，防腐剂效力测试法测得 3 种防腐剂对大肠杆菌的抑商有效浓度为 0.04%. 0.04%和 0.2%.
