Maslow needs the hierarchy theory to be used in the retention strategies of small and medium-sized enterprises
Abstract: according to maslows theory, the intrinsic strength of individual development is motivation. And the motivation is made up of a variety of different kinds of needs, each of which has a sequence of priorities and a level of height; Each level of need and satisfaction will determine the level or extent of individual personality development. As a result, managers should conduct surveys regularly in a variety of ways to find out what the employees unmet needs are and then be targeted to motivate them. In this paper, we put forward the suggestion that maslow needs hierarchy theory for the retention strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Maslow needs an overview of the hierarchy
Maslows hierarchy of needs (Maslow s hierarchy of needs), also known as the basic hierarchy of needs, is one of the theory of behavior science, by the American psychologist Abraham Maslow in the theory of human motivation in 1943, proposed in the paper. This theory will demand is divided into five, like step from low to high, according to the hierarchical level ascending, respectively: physiological needs, security needs, emotional and belonging needs, respect the demand, self-actualization needs. There are two other kinds of needs: knowledge needs and aesthetic needs. These two needs are not listed in the hierarchy of requirements, which he considers to be between the need for respect and the need for self-fulfillment. It also discusses the value and application of hierarchy theory.
