(中国科学》杂志社，北京 100717 4. 农业部规划设计研究院《农业工程学报〉编辑部，北京 100125 摘要 搜索并统计分析了中国科协所属 954 种科技期刊中 OA 期刊的数量、上网形式、学科分布、类别分布、开放全文的回溯华代、 期数、篇数、时滞等，并与 2∞7 的统计结果相比较。结果褒阴，2009 年中国科协OA 期刊擞耀自 2007 年的 140 种增加到 206 种， 其中有 2007 年以来延绩 OA 的期刊 117 种，另外 89 种为近两年新捕。与 2∞7 年相比，中国科协 OA 期刊开放全文的期数、篇敖 等均有较大幅度的增加。OA 期刊总被引频次、影响因子和即年指标的 5 年平均增长率分别比非 OA 期刊商 11.6%、 5.6%和 2， 1%， 说明实现 OA 可切实提高期刊的学术影晌力。问卷调资表明，OA 对期刊发行收入和运营成本的影响以基本持平为主。 ~.诩 中国科协所属期刊;OA 出版;学术影响力;发行收入;运营成本 中倒分羹...
