环境与健康杂志 2∞8 年6 月第 25 卷第6 期 J Environ Health , June 2∞8， Vo1.25 , No.6 • 531 • 【调查研究】 文章编号:1∞1-5914(2∞8)06-0531-03 云南省化妆品卫生质量及卫生安全性对策 孙灿，董海燕，杨萍，王建华，耿菊敏，陶洪 摘要:目的 了解云南省化妆品卫生质量，提出卫生安全性对策，更好地保护消费者的健康。方法按照国家化妆品 卫生标准、标准检测方法及规范，对 1996-2∞5 年采样的化妆品样本进行理化、微生物和毒理学指标的检测，并对检测 数据和相关资料进行整理，应用 2x2 列联表卡方检验和线性趋势卡方检验进行卫生质量合格率比较，并进一步探讨化妆 品的安全性对策。结果 1996-2∞5 年，云南省进行卫生学检验的化妆品总数为 1581 件，合格 1425 件，合格率为 2 90.1%。线性趋势卡方检验结果显示，1996-2∞5 年总合格率呈上升趋势 (X =19.487 ， PO.OI)。清洁类化妆品合格率 (89.2%)低于护理类(93.2%) ， χ~5.755 ， P0.05。用于毛发的化妆品合格率较低(89.3%)。结论 云南省化妆品，且合格率呈 上升趋势，但检测数量较少。相关部门应在化妆品管理法律法规，卫生指标检测等方面采取对策，保护消费者健康。 关键词:化妆品;卫生质量;卫生调查 中图分类号:R194.7 文献标识码:A Investigation on Sanitation of Cosmetics in Yunnan Province and the Research of Security Countermeasure SUN Can., DONG Hai-Y 00 , YANG Ping,et 0 1.
