运城市夏县温泉城假日酒店设计 摘要 随着人们生活水平的日益提高，温泉度假酒店的设计也越来越受到重视。本设计是根据毕业设计任务书的要求，依据现行国家规范和参考资料设计完成的。本设计酒店名，总高米，共有11层。总建筑面积为27064.125平方米。采用集中式平面布局，房间主要有客房、办公室、会议室、多功能厅等。宾馆外设机动车停车场与非机动车停车场，绿化带等设施。该建筑位于和平大街和八纬路的交接处。建筑设计力求处理好与饭店有关的人、物、环境三者之间的关系。 本设计属于高层建筑，采用现浇混凝土框架结构，基础采用桩基础。墙体采用空心砖，外加保温设置，使建筑保温性能良好，抵御北方严寒的天气。本设计主体为建筑设计部分与结构设计部分。结构设计中采用D值法计算水平地震作用下框架的顶点位移和内力。采用弯矩分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的框架内力，并考虑地震的影响进行内力组合，在此基础上，进行框架的配筋设计。 本设计的图纸大部分采用计算机辅助设计（AutoCAD），保证了图纸的准确和精密。 ：建筑 结构 D值法桩基础 地震荷载Abstract As people living standard is increasing day by day, the design of the hot spring resort hotel is becoming more and more attention. The design is completed according to task and all kinds of construction code, and reference books. The design is named LiDu Hotel ,which height is thirty-nine meters of eleven stories. The building takes up 27353.52 square meters .it is arranged centralized.The hotel assighs all kinds of rooms.There are guset rooms,meeting rooms,office rooms and so on,so it can offers all kinds of services. The hotel stands at the cross of the Heping street and the Bawei Road . I try my best to make architecture shape design beautiful ,simple, the condition of living fine and graceful.. And I do the architecture design coordinating with surrounding. This building’s supporting structure is Case-in-place reinforced concrete frame. The foundation is stake foundation. Structure design adopts D method to calculate horizontal earthquake load, select moment distributing method to calculate frame’s inner forces which arise from vertical load. When composite these inner forces. I consider the influence of the earthquake load. Finally design the needed steel bar of frame according to the above result of calculation. Design drawing is drew by computer aided Design(AutoCAD).
