华东交通大学机电工程学院 世纪英才学校 结业论文 题目： 浅谈高校学生干部的作用及其队伍建设 作者： 孙亮亮 班级： 三期一班 指导老师： 王秀娟 2013年4月25日 摘要 高校学生干部具有双重角色：作为在校学生，他们是受教育者；作为高效实施内部教育管理的基层组织者和实施者，他们是是教育协作管理者。学生干部既是学生利益的代言人，又是学校人才培养的得力助手。这种角色定位决定学生干部在高校管理工作中的职能作用。学生干部发挥其职能作用的能力不是与生俱来的，必须经过后天的学习与锻炼获取，对于学生干部，教育管理者不能只重视“用”而忽略“育”，为了及时、高效的完成目前复杂、繁重的高校教育管理工作，需要一支高素质的学生干部团队作为支撑，所以，有目的、有计划、有组织的培养学生干部的素质和能力显得尤为关键。作为学生干部的一员，我们更应该从自身出发，着眼他人，对自己的工作心态进行深刻反思，积极改正，向标榜看齐，认真学习和思考，加强对健康心态的培养，把自己培养为一名优秀的 学生干部，为他人树立标榜。 关键词：学生干部；作用；问题；培养 ABSTRACT College student cadres has a dual role: as a college student, they are educatees; As the effective implementation of internal grassroots organizers and perpetrators of education management, they are collaboration is education managers.
