摘要 起源于美国40年代的项目管理知识，经过多年在各个领域的不断发展和完善，其理论知识、应用方法、软件工具已达到相当成熟的阶段。项目进度管理是保证项目按期完成的项目管理关键管理环节。本文根据生产项目进度管理的基本思想，将网络计划技术与关键理论相融合，并通过案例研究，较为深入地论述了生产管理的方法。 本文首先回顾了生产项目管理的相关理论包括项目管理、项目进度管理、网络计划技术及关键理论；然后着重分析了网络计划技术与关键理论在工序持续时间的估计和项目进度安排等方面的差异以及存在的优劣势，并将网络计划技术与关键理论在工序持续时间的估计和项目进度安排等方面相结合；再根据目标的不同，把网络计划的优化分为工期优化、资源优化、和费用优化三个方面。按照已定目标对网络计划进行不断地完善与调整，知道寻找满意的方案。接下来运用案例研究网络计划技术与关键理论结合之后在此项目进度管理中的应用。具体从以下三个方面进行：（1）项目进度计划的编制：通过分析本企业产品生产项目的资料，针对项目要求、工期、资源等条件，运用网络计划技术与关键理论改进了项目的进度计划(2)项目的优化：根据网络计划技术原理对编制的初步进度计划进行优化、并调整，使之能够满足项目计划的要求；（3）项目进度的控制：根据关键理论对本项目实施前、中、后的项目进度控制方法进行改进。 本文采用理论研究与实践相结合的方法，同时参考国内外相关文献，在当前项目进度管理理论和实际发展运用的基础上，将网络计划技术与关键理论相结合，并结合项目管理软件，运用到项目进度管理上来，对于普及、提高各行业的项目进度管理水平，具有普遍意义上的参考价值。关键词 网络计划 项目 关键 优化 Abstract It is 40s year that project management appeared in USA．Its means，theory, application method, and soft tool have achieved very maturity phase．Progress Management is the key management that ensures the project to be completed on time．This thesis is based on project progress management，and the focus is to integrate the network planning technology and critical chain project management and to consolidate a real case in order to have a detailed discussion of the progress management method of the project． At the beginning of this thesis, we reviewed the relevant theories about progress management：project management, progress management, network planning technology and critical chain project management．Then we analyzed the difference and possible advantages and disadvantages between network planning technology and critical chain project management in the estimation of task time and the plan of project progress，and we integrated the network planning technology and critical chain project management in the estimate of task time and the plan of project progress．In the following chapters, we analyzed the limitation of progress management in project of new product development, discussed the application of network planning technology and criti
