In this study, we explored the curvilinear relationships between aggregated tenure/tenure diversity on team innovation, and the main effects and moderating effects of team members’ perceived HR practices on team innovation. We collected data from 67 RD teams (with 321 engineers) as our sample, and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to test hypotheses. The results showed that the curvilinear relationships existed between aggregated tenure/tenure diversity on team innovation, and these relationships were moderated by team members’ perceived HR practices.
