企业集团资金集中管理研究 [摘要] 随着经济的蓬勃发展，企业集团已经成为当今市场竞争的主力。资金是一个企业的血液，在企业集团中的地位是极其核心的，越来越多的企业集团采取以资金集中管理为核心的财务模式，来发挥集团资金的整体优势。本文首先就企业集团的概念及特点进行相关论述，并简要阐述企业集团的财务管理体制，重点讨论资金集中管理模式，指出企业集团实行资金集中管理的问题和意义，在最后着重讨论了企业集团如何选择适合自身情况的资金集中管理模式。 [关键词] 企业集团 财务管理 资金集中管理 Research on centralized management of Funds of Enterprise Group Abstract：With the booming development of the economy，enterprise group has become the main market competition recently. A fund is the blood of an enterprise which is very core, in the status of enterprise group. A growing number of enterprises group adopt to centralized management of funds as the core financial model to leverage to the overall advantages of groups fund. this article briefly discusses the concept and characteristics of Enterprise Group and briefly describes the financial management system of enterprise group，focusing on the centralized management of funds. Further more，the article proposes the problems and significance of enterprise groups implementing centralized management of funds. In finally, it discusses enterprise group how to choose centralized management model of their own capital situation.
