Abstract: The integration of science technology and finance is the inevitable requirement of global economic integration competition, the leading role of science and technology (ST) and the low of their innovation. It is also an importation means to deepen the reform of ST system, promote the transformation of the ST achievements, and accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries. The connotation and denotation of ST fi nance is evolving to a multi-element, multi-level and multi- dimensional system. The integration of ST and fi nance has covered the fi elds as venture capital, ST loan, insurance, multi-level capital market, fi nance intermediation platform, it plays an important role in transforming ST achievements and the development of high-tech industries. This paper studies the connotation, law, characteristics and manifestation of ST fi nance integration in China, summarize current situation and development trend, and provides advices on current characteristics of ST fi nance and some problems to be solved.
