It has variou s pharmacological activities. Its poor water solubility leads to the poor oral absorption. In order to enhance the solubility in water and ease the application in clinic, many studies on the dosage form of curcumine have been carried out. In this paper, recent reports on the dosage form of curcumine are reviewed. Key Words: curcumine; liposome; microemulsion; nanoparticle 姜黄素 （curcumine ）是从姜科姜黄属 （Curcuma L. ） phthalimide组成的混合物、50 %丙二醇和25 %水组成的微 植物姜黄、莪术、郁金等的根茎中提取的有效成分，具有 乳中，研究对志愿者皮肤的渗透性。结果表明，微乳中的 抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗HIV 、抗菌、抗氧化等多种药理作用， 姜黄素可渗入到皮肤角质层的深层及毛囊底部，对照乳膏 [4] 且毒性低。美国国立癌症研究所已将其列为第三代癌化学 中的药物则只存在于皮肤表面或毛囊口 。 预防药[1] 。由于姜黄素难溶于水，药剂工作者对其剂型进 Ganta等[5]研究表明，姜黄素制成微乳后，可显著降低 行了大量的研究。现将近年对姜黄素剂型的研究概况作一 肿瘤细胞P糖蛋白分泌。微乳姜黄素与紫杉醇合用，体外可 介绍。
