ABSTRACT: Yeasts are ubiquitous in orange juice some of them are harmless to the human body. However,
recent studies show that the existence of some yeast not only can result in spoilage of orange juice, but also can
cause disease to human. Yeast is one of the most common pathogens in orange juice. Considering the drink se-
curity of orange juice and its potential threat to human body health, more attention is paid to the pathogenic
yeast by the people. Therefore, research on pathogenic yeasts has become a hot topic in life science fields. Now
