The p ap er p lace s its emp ha sis on the exp a tiation of the m atch ing p rincip le and calcu lation m ethod for the drilling equ ipm en t, excavating and load ing equ ipm en t and tran sportation equ ipm en t. Fu rthermore, the p ap er m ake s comp arison s between the p roduction cap ab ility of the ad op ted m atch ing schem e and the quota data sp ecified in the h ighway budget and m un icip al budget. The op tim ization of the equ ipm en t m atch ing is of fundam en tal importance for the p roject to imp rove its p roduction efficiency and reduce its engineering co st.
