(1) the training needs of employees can not be met;
1, the development of enterprises and the staffs own development is not consistent
Nearly 25% of employees believe their demand for development is not in line with the needs of the enterprise, according to the survey. The main reason is that the position and their hobbies have deviation, only 18.2% employees can fully play to their strengths and interests in the post; some employees think their pressure, enterprises attach great importance to the use of staff training and development of employees, the actual investment is not high, some employees of enterprises the satisfaction rate is low. 46.4% of employees think that they can get more development at work through training, and 25% of them think they can improve their salary. When they are less satisfied with their work, naturally lack of enthusiasm for training; and employees without strong skills in their own work is also difficult to get better development.
2, enterprises pay different attention to the training of employees at different levels
It is understood from the interview that the training opportunities for top and middle level employees in enterprises are much higher than those of ordinary employees. This shows that although training has been paid attention to, the importance of training at different levels is not the same. Some employees, except for pre job training, have not received any training, which accounts for 25% of these staff. As the training of ordinary staff has been neglected, objectively, they have no enthusiasm for learning, and feel that their own development is limited, prone to job hopping ideas.
3, the content of training is unscientific
