The quality and professional development of mathematics teachers in primary school

Elementary school mathematics teachers should enhance their awareness of professional development, improve the mathematical education theory accomplishment, rich mathematics education practical knowledge, actively participate in mathematics education, scientific research in exercise teaching reflection and growth.
The process of specialized development of mathematics teachers in primary school is a process of continuous learning and deep understanding of the knowledge of mathematics. Its a process of increasing mathematical teaching ability; It is a process of the continuous formation and development of a mathematical education.
Primary school math teacher quality
(a) good ethics teacher should not only pay attention to impart knowledge, more should be concerned about the students in the learning process of experience, knowledge, ability, emotion, attitude and values as a whole to the concrete teaching process, to train the students with learning enthusiasm and desire, perseverance, and independent learners. The job of a math teacher is to teach education people and to train people. The work of educating people is the most complex, the most delicate undertaking, the complexity and demonstration of the teachers labor especially stressed that teachers should have good ideological and moral qualities. From the height of national and national level, I think of my math teaching job, I know the value of my work, I love education job, and enhance my sense of ambition and responsibility.
