CHINESEJOURNALOFANATOMY Vo1．26No．42003 解剖学杂志 2003年 26卷4期 肌锥 间隙的断层解剖 刘津平 靳 颖 李云生 (天津医科大学解剖学教研室，天津 300070) 摘要 目的：为眶区影像诊断和手术治疗提供断层解剖学资料。方法 ：应用36例成人头颅湿标本 ，制成0．5n1m冠 状位火棉胶连续切片，用双 目解剖镜对眶区结构进行形态观察 ，并采用计算机图像分析系统对标本上的肌锥间隙、 视神经进行了测量。结果 ：肌锥间隙 自眼球后极层面 ，自前向后 ，面积 随眶腔减小 ，但不同层面肌锥 间隙占眶腔的 比例基本一致 。眶内段视神经从前向后 ，横径和面积先逐渐减小 ，而后逐渐增大 ，垂直径逐渐减小 ，其与 4条直肌 的距离逐渐减小。结论 ：熟悉肌锥间隙的显微解剖 ，对影像诊断 ，麻醉及手术均有重要意义。 关键词 眶 ；肌锥间隙；视神经 ；断层解剖 Cross-sectionalanatomy ofm uscularconespace LIUJin—Ping，J]N Ying，LIYun—Sheng (DepartmentofAnatomy，TianjinMedicalUniversity，Tianjin 300070) Abstract Objective：Toprovidedataforsectionalanatomyofimagingdiagnosisandsurgicaltreatmentoftheorbit． Methods：Thitry-sixorbitspecimensofadultcaclavericheadswereexaminedandsectionedintocontinuousslices(0．5ITtlTI thickness)incoronalplanewithcelloidinembeddingprocess，andwereobservedbytwo-eyepieceanatomicalmicroscope． Therrluscu[arconespaceandtheopticnerveinspecimensweremeasuredbycomputermicro-imageanalysissystem ．Re— sults：Theareasofthemuscularconespaceandtheorbitalcavitydecreasedgraduallyfrom thesectionoftheposteriorpole oftheeyeballtotheopticforamen．However，theratesoftheareaofthemuscularConespacecomparingwiththeareaof theorbitalcavitywerebasicallyunifiedinthedifferentsections．Thehorizontaldiametersandareasoftheintraorbitalpart oftheopticnervedecreasedgraduallyfrom anteriortoposterior，andincreasedafterward、Meanwhile，theverticalcliarne— tersdecreasedgradually．Thespacesbetweentheopticnerveandthe4 rectimusclesdecreasedgraduallyfrom anteriorto posterior．Conclusion ：Themicrosurgicalanatomydataofthemuscularconespaceareobtained，whichhasgreatsignifi— canceforimagingdiagnosis，anaesthesiaandoperation． Keywords orbit；muscularconespace；opticnerve；sectionalanatomy 眶区手术的关键是保存视力和眼球的灵活 及其位置关系进行了观测，旨在为影像学 、眼科
