浅析我国物流业的发展战略 提 要 本文针对我国物流业的发展状况，借鉴国外发达国家物流发展的经验，系统地研究了我国物流业发展战略，提出了相应的战略措施。在论述了物流战略的概念、特征及物流战略的层次结构的基础上，运用SWOT分析的方法，分析了我国物流业环境，提出了我国物流业的使命和战略目标，以及今后一定时期我国物流业发展应采取的具体战略。根据我国物流业的发展现状及存在的问题，以及物流业的使命和战略目标的要求，提出了具体的战略措施。 关键词：物流业 发展战略 供应链管理 Abstract The paper on the developing station of logistics inudsry in our country has sutdied the startegy of our logisties, took in the counterpart experiences of developed counrties and put forward the coerrspondnig srtategic measure. The paper has analyzed the environment of logistics industry in our country and put forward the mission of logistics industry of
