120万吨冷轧车间设计及板形控制技术的应用 摘 要 关键词： ABSTRACT This thesis is the plant design of a cold-rolled steel strip plant with annual capacity of 1.2million tons. The typical product is 08AL steel, 0.7×1500 mm. The designed products included the cold rolled steel sheet, the cold-rolled wide flat steel coil, the cold-rolled ribbon steel coil so on. The main equipments of the design are the latest ones in cold-strip rolling, which included: shallow-tank hydrochloric acid pickling unit, the entire continuous annealing unit and the entire hydrogen hood-type furnace, skin-pass unit, slitting and shearing line
