员工激励,是通过一套理性化的制度来反映员工与企业的相互作用。,Employees incentive, is through a set of rational system to reflect the interaction of employee and enterprise, is to specific goals and an inspiration to influence the way the inner need from you or motivation, seek good start of incentives, to strengthen guidance or change peoples behavior motivation it is again a state of mind employees incentive now more and more widely used by each big enterprise, from inner seeking for the maximization of enterprise development
As the human enter the twenty-first century,a knowledge for the new economic era dominated.In such a tenfold changing times,the human resources and the uniqueness of the kownledge capital advantage to become the enterprise important core skills,human resource value measured as the enterprise competitiveness of signs.Meanwhile the management of human resources and constantly brought forward a new topic,employees incentive is undoubt edly the topics of the most important one . Accordingly,motivational research detemines the development of the enterprise.
This article mainly expounds the research of lining the company employees incentive in the process. Employees incentive is heart condition,from this foot degrees,based on the research process will conside other factors of lining the company employees incentive research dffdcts,cases of psychological quality,and the external inner material desires,etc.Through the concrete summarize problem and analyze the cause of the problem,it is concluded that the benefical enlightenment.
