我院415例患者注射用脑蛋白水解物应用分析 ＊ 殷秀惠 ，王 丽，孔祥俊，李静蓉，台琪瑞，陈 勇（玉溪市人民医院，云南玉溪 653100） 中图分类号 R74；R917 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2015）05-0589-04 DOI 10.6039/j.issn.1001-0408.2015.05.05 摘 要 目的：为临床合理使用注射用脑蛋白水解物提供参考。方法：调取我院2014年1－4月使用注射用脑蛋白水解物部份病 历，参照药品说明书、专著、临床诊疗指南，就其应用适应证、用法用量、溶剂选用、配置浓度、用药时间、用药禁忌等内容进行回顾性 统计、分析，讨论其用药合理性。结果：共收集415例患者信息，有112例病例存在用药不合理情况，占26.99％。其中无指征用药47 例，占11.33％；溶剂选择不合理72例，占17.35％；配置浓度不当2例，占0.48％；存在用药禁忌1例，占0.24％；疗程不当17例，占 4.10％。病例中同时存在两项不合理的有27例，占6.5％。结论：临床应用注射用脑蛋白水解物存在不合理现象，提示医务人员需 充分掌握该药适应证，严格按照药品说明书规范使用，建立可持续改进的辅助用药管理体系，以促进临床安全、合理、经济用药。 关键词 注射用脑蛋白水解物；神经营养；辅助用药；合理用药 Analysis of the Utilization of Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for Injection in 415Cases of Our Hospital YIN Xiu-hui ，WANG Li ，KONG Xiang-jun ，LI Jing-rong ，TAI Qi-rui ，CHEN Yong （Yuxi Municipal People ’s Hospi- tal ，Yunnan Yuxi 653100，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To provide reference for ratioral use of cerobroprotein hydrolysate for injection in the clinic. METH- ODS ：The cases of Cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection were collected from our hospital during Jan.-Apr. 2014，and then analyzed retrospectively in terms of indications ，usage and dosage ，the selection of solvent ，the concentration of configuration ，drug use time ， taboo and so on according to drug package inserts ，treatise and clinical treatment guide. The rationality of drug use was discussed. RE- SULTS ：Among 415cases ，there were 112cases of irrational drug use ，accounting for 26.99％. There were 47cases of nonindicated use of drugs （11.33％），72cases of irrational solvent selection （17.35％），2cases of improper configuration concentration （0.48％）， 1case of taboo （0.24％），17cases of improper treatment period （4.10％）. Among them ，2items of irrational data existed in 27cas- es ，accounting for 6.5％. CONCLUSIONS ：The clinical application of Cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection existed unreasonable phenomenon ，thus it ’s remind the medical staff should know the drug indica
