小梁切除术联合脉络膜上腔引流术治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：比较小梁切除术联合脉络膜上腔引流术与小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C（Mitomycin-C，MMC）对原发性开角型青光眼的疗效，以期了解小梁切除术联合脉络膜上腔引流术治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的优缺点，并做出评价。方法：采用回顾性病例对照研究，将2010年1月-2015年12月在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的原发性开角型青光眼患者按术式的不同分为两组，其中，小梁切除术联合脉络膜上腔引流术组（A组）30例（40眼），青光眼小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C组（B组）30例（40眼），将两组治疗后的眼压及浅前房、角膜上皮损害等发生情况进行比较。结果：A组术后浅前房、角膜上皮损伤眼数少于B组，前房正常眼数多于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者中，小梁切除术联合脉络膜上腔引流术比小梁切除联合丝裂霉素C有较大的优越性 【关键词】 青光眼； 小梁切除术； 脉络膜上腔引流术； 丝裂霉素C doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.30.008 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）30-0014-03 Effect Observation of Trabeculectomy with Suprachoraidal Drainage in the Treatment of Primary Open Angle Glaucoma/ZHANG Cai-hua，ZENG Dun-zheng，TANG Chou-wang，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（30）：14-16 【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the efficacy of trabeculectomy with suprachoraidal drainage and trabeculectomy with Mitomycin-C（MMC） for primary open angle glaucoma（POAG） patients，and to find the advantages and disadvantages of the trabeculectomy with suprachoraidal drainage in treatment of POAG patients，and to make evaluations.Method：A retrospective case-control study was used，the POAG patients with surgical treatment for POAG in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures，in which trabeculectomy with suprachoraidal drainage group（group A） had 30 patients（40 eyes），glaucoma surgery trabeculectomy with mitomycin-C group（group B） had 30 patients（40 eyes）.The intraocular pressure（IOP），shallow anterior chamber occurred after treatment and the corneal epithelium damage situation were compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of corneal epithelial damage and shallow anterior in group A were less than those in group B，the number of normal eyes in group A was larger than that in group B，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：For primary open angle glaucoma（POAG） patients，the treatment of trabeculectomy wi
