微信平台在社区护理团队建设中应用 　　摘 要 目的：探讨以微信平台为主要辅助手段的社区护理管理新模式及其发挥的作用。方法：建立各层面护理人员微信群，借助微信平台开展护理质控、业务培训、信息沟通、护理服务和人文建设等。结果：应用微信平台实施护理管理6个月后，护士对质控信息反馈知晓率由67.2%上升至96.0%，护理不良事件发生率由11.5%下降至4.6%，业务学习覆盖率由56.0%上升至93.5%，信息有效传达率由71.6%上升至97.0%，家庭病床医嘱执行有效率由93.0%上升至100.0%，护士工作满意度由78.3%上升至93.0%。结论：将微信平台应用于社区护理团队建设中，能有效提高护理管理及服务效能、降低护理不良事件发生率、促进护理质量持续改进、增加团队凝聚力、提升护士工作满意度，不失为社区护理团队建设的重要辅助手段 关键词 微信平台；社区护理；团队建设；应用 中图分类号：R197.323 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）02-0010-03 Application of wechat platform in the community nursing team building WANG Xiufeng （Huamu Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 201204， China） ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the new mode of the wechat platform as the main auxiliary means in the community nursing management and its role. Methods： The wechat groups at the different levels of nursing staff were established and with the wechat platform， nursing quality control， business training， information communication， nursing services， cultural construction， etc. were carried out. Results： After the application of the wechat platform of nursing management for 6 months and the rate of quality control feedback increased from 67.2% to 96.0%. The incidence rate of nursing adverse events decreased from 11.5% to 4.6%. The professional learning coverage increased from 56.0% to 93.5%. The effective transmission rate of information increased from 71.6% to 97.0%. The effective rate of the implementation of the family bed doctor’s advice increased from 93.0% to 100.0%. The satisfaction rate of nurse work increased from 78.3% to 93.0%. Conclusion： Application of wechat platform in the construction of community care team can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing management and service， reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events， promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality， increase team cohesion and improve nurses work satisfaction which can be regarded as an important supplementary means for the construction of community nursin
