新形势下我国高校体育场馆建设思考 　　摘 要：随着国家对教育经费投入的不断加大，使得高校体育场馆的建设数量也在不断增加，但在建设过程中存在诸多问题，如建设者对场馆功能定位不清、片面注重场馆的外观形象，设计者僵化套用建筑规范、忽视体育场馆使用功能，管理者和使用者在场馆建成之前难有发言权等。在分析高校体育场馆建设现状基础上，提出在新形势下高校体育场馆建设的定位应从“赛事型”“豪华型”“污染型”向“实用型”“经济型”“环保型”转变，形成决策者、设计者、管理者、使用者之间的良性互动机制，以提升体育建筑工艺水平、增加运动场地容积率，从而更好地满足学校体育和全民健身的发展需要 关 键 词：体育管理；体育场馆建设；高校；中国 中图分类号：G807；G818.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2017）01-0096-05 Abstract： With the constant increase of education funds input by the state， the number of university venues built is constantly increasing as well， but in the process of construction， universally there were a lot of problems， such as that the constructor was unclear about venue function orientation， one-sidedly valued the appearance， that the designer applied construction standards in a rigid and mechanical way， neglecting sports usage functions， and that the administrator and the user seldom had the right to speak before the venue was built. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of university venue construction and rethinking the said problems， the author put forward that under the new situation， the orientation of university venue construction should be changed from “game type”， “luxury type”， “pollution type” to “utility type”， “economic type”， “environment protection type”， a benign interaction mechanism should be formed between the decision maker， the designer， the administrator and the user， so as to improve sports building workmanship， and to increase the floor area ratio of sports fields， thus to better meet the need of development of school physical education and national fitness. Key words： sports management；sports venue construction；university；China 随着中国社会经济的高速发展和国家对教育经费投入的不断加大，学校体育工作已逐渐成为国家体育事业发展的战略基点和关注重点。《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010―2020年）》 《国务院关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》《中国足球改革发展总体方案》 《国务院办公厅关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》等一系列文件的颁布，对高校体育设施的建设起到极大的推动作用，使得一批现代化高校体育场馆相继建成并投入使用。然而，近年来高校体育场馆建设往往从追求赛事型和标志性的角度出发，过于注重外观的”高大上”，而在功能设计上较为单一，难以满足学校体育教学、专业队运动训练、学生课余活动锻炼
