卡前列素氨丁三醇用于剖宫产术中宫缩乏力临床效果 　　【摘要】 目的：观察卡前列素氨丁三醇用于治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力的临床效果。方法：随机选取2014年3月-2016年5月笔者所在医院剖宫产术中出现子宫收缩乏力的患者86例，随机分为观察组及对照组，每组43例。观察组应用卡前列素氨丁三醇，对照组应用缩宫素。观察两组临床疗效、术中及术后2、24 h出血量、药物不良反应。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇对于治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血效果明显，值得临床推广应用 【关键词】 卡前列素氨丁三醇； 缩宫素； 剖宫产； 子宫收缩乏力； 产后出血 doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.5.007 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）05-0013-03 Explore the Curative Effects of Carboprost Tromethamine Used for Uterine Atony in Cesarean Section/ZHANG Hui-tang，LI Xian-ju.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（5）：13-15 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the curative effects of Carboprost Tromethamine used for uterine atony in cesarean section.Method：From March 2014 to May 2016，eighty-six patients with uterine atony in cesarean section in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the contrast group.Each group had forty-three cases.Patients in the observation group were injected with Carboprost Tromethamine.Patients in the contrast group were injected with Oxytocin.The curative effects，the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage，postpartum hemorrhage at two hours，twenty-four hours after operation，and drug adverse reaction were observed.Result：The curative effects of the patients in observation group was better than the contrast group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effects of Carboprost Tromethamine used for postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony in cesarean section are significant.It’s worthwhile to further its application. 【Key words】 Carboprost Tromethamine； Oxytocin； Cesarean section； Uterine atony； Postpartum hemorrhage First-authors address：Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Gaoping City，Gaoping 048400，China 近年来，随着高危孕产妇的增多，子宫收缩乏力引起的剖宫产术中及术后出血成为产妇分娩的严重并发症之一，其发生率占产后出血总数50%～60%[1]。如何快速有效地治疗子宫收缩乏力，促进子宫收缩，减少产后出血一直是产科医师所探讨的课题。笔者所在医院采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血效果满意，现报道如下 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取2014年3月-2
