Chinas stock market is growing up under the guidance of the Government, in the process, the Government frequently use of monetary policy instruments to control the stock market to meet its policy objectives. Interest rate policy and the reserve rate is the Central Banks key monetary policy tools. Traditional theory is that reverse price adjustment of interest rates and reserve requirements, but since 2006, Bull bear market of China stock market history, but during this period adjustment of interest rates and reserve requirements of and relationship between share price and different from the traditional theory, analysis on the systematic investigation of the phenomenon and its causes will help deepen our understanding of the mechanism of monetary policy affect the stock market.
