This article uses questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logical reasoning and other research methods, to carry out the sun sports and effectiveness of monitoring system of South of Jiangsu colleges and universities; research results show that: (1) in the management of sunshine sports in Colleges and universities of South of Jiangsu, basically all established corresponding organizations, although there are some differences.
