Abstract Nowadays, with the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization the government requisitions more and more agricultural land so that the land could get unified deployment and use. Land acquisition brings about the development of society, expansion of the city, as well as a series of social problems, the most obvious part of which is about compensation for land acquisition. Through the several years ’ enforcement, the shortcomings of present compensation system of agricultural land acquisition are gradually exposed, including the simplistic compensation methods and unscientific calculating methods for compensation, which are resulting in the fact that the farmers become out of work once losing their lands and their living level has been reduced. It ’s extremely urgent to improve the present compensation system of agricultural land acquisition and make it conform to the standard in law. This paper is divided for four parts: The chapter one describes the background of the subjects of this article, both at home and abroad for the study of the title of this article studies the status quo, as well as methods and innovative ideas.
