摘 要 企业信息管理是企业管理中的一个重要内容，随着时代的进步，企业人员数量也不断增加、分工的不断细化、各个行业间联系的不断密切，对企业管理的要求也不断提高。如何管理好企业内部员工的信息，对员工实施高效的宏观管理，对企事业单位的人员构成情况和发展趋势进行统计、规划、分析并制定切实可行的人事政策，是一项繁重而艰巨的任务。 早期的人工方式的企业管理系统已不合适现代企业公司的发展，实现企业管理的系统化、规范化、自动化，是现代企业管理的首选。 本系统的开发基本满足企业信息管理的要求，用户界面交友好，提供的信息丰，利用软件工程中系统开发的原理和方法，详细论述了系统的设计方案、系统的开发及测试过程。系统以Visual Bacis6.0为开发工具，以Access 2000为后台数据库管理系统，实现了以员工信息管理，考勤信息管理、、工资管理及综合查询模块为主要功能的系统开发。为企业信息管理提供信息咨询，信息检索，信息存取等服务，系统的实施基本上能够满足现代企业对信息管理的需要，为提高企业信息管理效率提供了行之有效的手段。 关键词：管理信息系统，数据库，计算机管理、企业信息管理系统 Abstract The enterprise information management is in a business management important content, along with the time progress, the enterprise information quantity also unceasingly increases, the division of labor unceasingly thin, during each profession relates is unceasingly close, also unceasingly enhances to the personnel management request. How manages the good enterprise interior staff’s information, implements the highly effective macroscopic management to the staff, constitutes the situation and the development tendency to business units personnel carries on statistical, the plan, the analysis and the formulation practical feasible human affairs policy is an item arduous and the arduous duty. The early artificial way enterprise information management system already inappropriate modern enterprise companys development, the realization enterprise personnel management systematization, the standardization, the automation, were the modern business management first choice. This article take the business management information system construction in human affairs information management subsystem design and the realization as a goal, using the software engineering in the system development principle and the method, in detail elaborated the system design proposal, the system development and the test process.
