Key word: The city of Guangzhou Leisure sports Enterprise Development Trend 前言 随着经济的高速发展，人民生活水平的提高，近年来人们对待休闲体育的态度发生巨大的转变，已经将休闲体育作为自身发展的必需品，减压，锻炼身体，交际等这些方面都可以体现休闲体育的重要性，由请人吃饭到请人运动的转变，充分体现人们享受休闲体育所带来的乐趣，来满足精神减压和锻炼身体各方面的需要。政府从2008年奥运年开始成立全民健身日，在推动休闲体育方面下达各方面政策与保障，建立各方面的设施基础，引领群众积极参与休闲体育活动，锻炼身体，全民健身的概念已深入民心，催生了许多休闲体育企业，从而促使许多休闲企业、公司的成立。广州作为经济发展的前言阵地，近年来，成立各种各样样的休闲体育公司、培训企业。但是这些休闲体育企业都是比较小型的，规模小、竞争水平低，而且服务水平、经营方式均有所不足，发展规划不明确、管理水平不高等问题凸现出来，严重阻碍其今后的发展和竞争力。本研究以冠威
