三 江 学 院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 Φ6×6塑料放电管自动上料机构 机械工程学院 机械设计制造及其自动化专业 学生姓名 鲍译铭 学号 G095152001 指导教师 徐伟 职称 实验师 指导教师工作单位 三江学院 起讫日期 2013年2月-2013年6月 摘 要 气体放电管是一种过压保护元件主要是用来保护通信系统、交通信号系统、计算机数据系统以及各种电子设备的外部电缆、电子仪器的安全运行。气体放电管也是电路防雷击及瞬时过压的保护元件。随着第三代移动通信技术（3G）在发达国家的逐步推广，作为拥有自主知识产权的我国，为了满足市场的对于3G的需求必然会建设大量的3G基站。放电管在雷达基站中起到很好的防雷作用使得气体放电管的市场前景十分广阔。 本文详细阐述了自动上料机构的整体设计。选择电磁激振作为上料机构的激振方式，采用了螺旋料槽盘和料盘孔套作为工件的定位剔除机构。同时选用了橡胶管作为系统的阻尼减振装置。 本机构结构简单、能量消耗小、不需要传动装置、无需润滑、无部件之间的相互摩擦、易于控制等优点。上料速度可达90只/分。 关键词：高速，自动上料，电磁激振，剔除机构，阻尼减振角 ABSTRACT Gas discharge tube is a kind of overvoltage protection device ,which is mainly used to protect communications, traffic signal computer data systems and a variety of electronic equipment of the external cable. gas discharge tube to the safe operation of electronic instruments and circuits against lightning and transient over-voltage protection device as the third generation (3G) mobile communication technology in developed countries gradually promotion, as with independent intellectual property rights in our country, in order to meet the market demand for 3G is bound to be construction of a large number of 3G base station discharge tube in the radar stations have very good lightning protection effect makes gas discharge tube market prospect is very broad.
