三 江 学 院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目 气动自动生产线检测系统的电路及控制设计 三江高职 院（系） 机械设计制造及其自动化 专业 学 号 G095152015 学生姓名 李 鹏 指导教师 康 杰 起讫日期 2012年12月17日―2013年4月5日 设计地点 三江学院 摘 要 随着现代化工业生产的发展，气动技术、液压技术、传感器技术、PLC技术网络及通讯技术等紧密结合而形成的机电液、机电气、机电光一体化的自动化控制技术的应用在工业生产中起着越来越重要的作用，自动化生产系统已成为当今工业生产的重要组成部分。德国FESTO公司研制的MPS(Modular Production System）模块化生产系统就是一个工业自动化生产系统，是基于机电气（液）一体化技术、PLC控制与机器人结合的全自动、可完成气缸加工装配的系统。 本文所研究的课题是以MPS启动自动生产线的检测单元为例，对检测单元的模块化控制系统进行研究。主要进行两个方面的工作一是对检测单元的硬件设备的电路进行设计，二是对其控制系统进行设计。以SIEMENS S7-200 PLC 为核心控制系统，完成了检测单元总体的功能设计与分解以及各个模块的功能设计与分解，完成了各模块工艺流程的详细设计、程序设计、为模块之间的协调工作设计了合理的传递信息，完成了各个模块的联机工作工艺流程详细设计。 关键字：PLC；检测单元；生产线；气动 ABSTRACT With the development of modem industrial production, pneumatic technology,hydraulic technology, sensor technology, PLC network and communications technology, technology integration and the formation of the close hydraulic, aircraft electrical, mechanical and electrical integration, automatic control technology optical applications in industry production is playing an increasingly important role in automated production systems have become an important component of industrial production.
