毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：江山天安信息管理系统 ——精细化生产管理 院系名称：软件学院 班 级：rB软件J104 学 号：201007092409 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2014 年 5 月 江山天安信息管理系统 —精细化生产管理 JiangShanTianAn ?management information system —The exquisite management of production 院系名称：软件学院 班 级：rB软件J104 学 号：201007092409 学生姓名：秦婉君 指导教师：徐鸣 邢颖 2014 年 5 月中文摘要 本文主要论述了江山天安信息管理系统的需求分析，总体设计，详细设计，运行测试等五个部分。本人主要负责的是该系统中的生产管理模块。主要包括订单分批、批次追踪、执行订单、生产异常追踪、异常明细管理、巡检涂层厚度、巡检产品质量、和批次的完成率计算等。精细化生产管理模块是该ERP信息管理系统的重要组成模块。精细化管理对企业最大的贡献在于成本控制，一个实现管理精细化的企业，一般都能够把成本控制到最优，因为管理的精细化能够优化流程、提高品质、降低不必要的损耗。通过及时生产方式，最大限度地减少生产过程中的浪费indows环境下开发的B/S体系结构的管理系统，采用MySql为后台数据库，后台使用Java语言进行开发，属于web应用程序。 关键词：Abstract This paper mainly discusses the analysis, Jiangshan Tianan information management system needs the overall design, detailed design, the five part test etc. I was mainly responsible for the production management module in this system. Mainly includes the order batch, batch tracking, executive orders, tracking production completion rate of abnormal, abnormal detail management, inspection, inspection of product quality, coating thickness and batch calculation.
