Through the analysis of employment situation among Chinese college students, exploring “The grim employment situation” of college students, we know that high expectations, inferior adjustment and guidance of college, unreasonable regional economic development and industrial structure are the main reason. To solve “The grim employment situation” among college students, college students should reduce high expectations. College should strengthen the role of adjustment and guidance. States should improve employment polices, coordinate regional economic development, adjust the industrial structure so that we can solve “The grim employment situation” among college students.
