煤矿瓦斯抽放 毕业设计论文 摘要 随着煤矿生产技术水平的快速发展，煤矿生产能力大大提高，但是随着开采深度的增加矿井瓦斯涌出量也大大增加，矿井瓦斯已成为制约煤矿安全生产的“头号大敌”。一XX瓦斯赋存情况复杂，涌出量较大，仅靠通风方法难以解决瓦斯超限问题，因而对矿井进行瓦斯抽采势在必行。 本文介绍了矿井的基本概况，对矿井瓦斯抽放的必要性与可行性进行了分析；运用分源预测法计算矿井瓦斯涌出量，并分析了不同的瓦斯抽放方法，设计了矿井的瓦斯抽放工艺；通过对井下环境的分析和抽采管径的计算，确定了抽采管路系统的相关参数；在计算抽放系统的管道阻力和瓦斯泵的流量与压力的基础上，选择了合适的瓦斯泵型号。 本文对XX煤矿进行的瓦斯抽放设计，对降低工作面回采时瓦斯涌出量，减少瓦斯事故的发生，实现安全生产有重要作用。 关键字：瓦斯涌出、瓦斯抽放、瓦斯抽放系统、瓦斯抽放工艺 Abstract With the rapid development of coal production technology, mine production capacity is greatly improved.Meanwhile，the mine gas emission increases more and more with the depth of mine. The gas has become the first restriction of coal mine safety. The gas hazard of the mine is complex and the gas emission quantity is large, which seriously restricts the normal capacity of the mine, and it is difficult to solve with the method of ventilation alone. In the paper, the basic situation of the XX Coal Mine is introduced, and the feasibility and necessity of mine gas drainage are analysised too；Gas emission is calculated using the Separate source method, and the mine gas drainage technology is designed with analysising the different gas drainage method; through the analysis of the underground environment and the Calculation of pumping, parameters of drainage pipeline system is determined. based on the resistance of drainage pipe and the gas pump’s flow parameters， the suitable model of the gas pump is selected in the paper. The gas drainage design of XX coal mine can reduce the mine gas emission during mine producing , the gas accidents will be controlled, and achieving safe production.
