DOI：10.19335/ki.2095-6649.2016.05.009 电动工具用高速开关磁阻电机设计与性能分析 朱金宝 1 ，高建平 2 ，刘丽坤 2 （1.江苏金飞达电动工具有限公司，江苏省高邮225000；2.华中科技大学，武汉430074） 摘要：电动工具是一类广泛存在于日常生活中的重要加工工具，目前很少采用开关磁阻电机作为驱动电机。本 文将根据生产实际中电动工具对驱动电机的要求，主要运用AnsoftMaxwell2D软件设计出性能优良的适用于电动 工具的开关磁阻电机。设计过程中，将重点考虑转矩脉动和效率，希望设计出转矩脉动小，效率相对较高的电机。 根据该电机的实际应用环境，得知电机的尺寸较小，为了满足这一要求，同时考虑到开关磁阻电机适用于高速运 行的特点，将开关磁阻电机的额定转速设定到25000r/min。 关键词：开关磁阻电机；电动工具；高速电机；转矩脉动 Design and Performance Analysis of the Switched Reluctance Motor used to Power Tools 1 2 2 ZHU Jin-bao , GAO Jian-ping , LIU Li-kun (1.Jiangsu Jinfeida Power Tools Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Province, Gaoyou 225000, China; 2.Huazhong University of Science and Technol- ogy, Wuhan 430074, China) ABSTRACT: Power tools are a class of important working tools widely usedin the daily life, but few of them use switched reluctance motor as the drive motor at present.This paper, based on requirements of the driving motor from power tools used in industry production, will design one excellent performance switched reluctance motor which is suitable for power tools, by the software Ansoft Maxwell2D.During the design process, the torque ripple and efficiency will be the key study objects , so thatthemotorisone with small torque ripple and high efficiency.According to the actual application environment , the size of the switched reluctance motor must be small enough.In order to meet this requirement and considering that the switched reluctance motor is suitable for high speed operation, the rated speed is set to 25000r/min.
