上颌前牙埋伏阻生治疗中固定正畸技术临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨治疗上颌前牙埋伏阻生中应用固定正畸技术的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2013年1月―2016年1月收治的50例上颌前牙埋伏阻生的正畸患者，采用固定正畸矫治技术采用直接牵引或者扩开后隙牵引，开放式或者封闭式牵引导萌埋伏阻生牙齿，完成矫治后观察萌出牙可否出现牙周、根尖、牙髓等病变，是否发生牙根吸收等症状。结果 8例患者24颗牙中行助萌术治疗的6例8颗牙，经过治疗后，3～6个月全部自然萌出，完成矫治后萌出牙没有牙周、根尖、牙髓等病变，患者对治疗效果满意。行导萌术治疗的12例18颗牙，治疗后5～12个月后均埋伏牙萌出排齐，其中除1颗出现牙周附着不足外，其余均经检查牙周组织正常，未发生牙根吸收等症状。 结论 治疗上颌前牙埋伏阻生中应用固定正畸技术，可对患牙进行有效的矫正，既可有效保存患牙，又可减少并发症的产生，远期疗效更明显，是临床中理想的矫治方法 [关键词] 上颌前牙埋伏阻生；固定正畸技术；病变 [中图分类号] R783.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（a）-0085-03 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fixed orthodontic technique in the treatment of impacted maxillary anterior teeth.Methods Convenient selection our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were 50 cases of impacted maxillary anterior teeth orthodontic patients with fixed orthodontic technique， using direct traction or enlarging the gap after traction， open or closed traction guide adorable impacted teeth， complete treatment was observed after the possibility of emergence of periodontal tooth adorable， root， dental pulp disease whether the root resorption， and other symptoms.Results In 8 patients with 24 teeth help adorable 6 cases of surgical treatment of 8 teeth， after treatment， 3 to 6 months after treatment of complete natural adorable， adorable teething no periodontal pulp， root， and other diseases， patients of treatment satisfaction. Guide adorable 12 cases of surgical treatment of 18 teeth. After 5 ～ 12 months after the adorable impacted teeth aligned， among 1 teeth of periodontal attachment appear insufficient， the rest were examined in periodontal tissue of normal， without root resorption and other symptoms. Conclusion The treatment of maxillary anterior impacted teeth with fixed orthodontic technique application of resistance， the teeth were corrected effectively， can effectively save the teeth， but also can reduce the complications and the curative effect is more obvious， is the ideal clinical treatment methods.
