In recent years, with the step of urbanization(都市化) intensifies(加剧), and rapidly(迅速) improving living standards(标准), the demand(需求) for high-quality primary(主要的) energy increases(增长). The bottled gas has been replaced in many cities by pipeline gas for city use. Pipeline gas has become a major energy for urban(城市的) and industrial(工业的) use. As a result, long distance gas pipelines, city gas distribution system came into being. The city gas distribution system starts from the gas distribution station. With the step of removal, pressure regulating and metering, and adding flavor, the nature gas will be transported to every user in the city. The focus of this paper is to describe the process design of the natural gas distribution stationin He chi,Guangxi province. First of all, identify(确定) the technological process of the the natural gas distribution station, which provide a basis for establishing(建立) the plane layout of the the natural gas distribution station. After that, its time to calculate the design parameters(参数) and select appropriate(适当的) equipment such as flow meters(流量计), filter(过滤) separators(分离器), pipes, valves(阀门) and so on. Finally, draw a process flow diagram(工序流程图), two installations diagrams(装置图) and a general layout plan(总平面设计图) and work out the design manual(设计手册) and calculation(估算).Through the engineering design(工程设计), deeper understanding about the design of the gathering, transporting and distribution engineering is got.
