掺合料在再生砂浆中的试验研究 摘 要 随着人类社会的发展和人们环保意识的增强，建筑垃圾的回收利用成为工程界和科研界的热点问题之一。建筑废弃物再生细骨料回收利用研究在我国具有重要的实际意义。本次实验以某建筑物废弃砂浆块作为再生骨料，全面系统的研究天然骨料、再生骨料的各项物理性能。研究不同掺量的掺合料单掺、三掺对天然砂浆和再生砂浆的工作性能、力学性能的影响。得出结论：①单掺天然骨料：粉煤灰在20%；硅粉在30%；聚丙烯在1.2Kg/m3；抗折、抗压强度最高；②再生砂浆：粉煤灰在10%；硅粉在30%；聚丙烯在1.2Kg/m3；三掺（硅粉10%、变量粉煤灰10%、聚丙烯1.2 Kg/m3)；三掺（变量硅粉20%、粉煤灰10%、聚丙烯1.2 Kg/m3) 抗压强度，抗折强度最高。三掺变量为硅粉10%～40%时在28d天养护条件下达到7.5M要求，可以应用于工程中，以达到了节能降耗目的。 关键词: 再生砂浆；硅粉；粉煤灰；聚丙烯；抗压、抗折强度； ExPerimental Study Admixture in the regeneration of Mortar ABSTRACT Along with the development of human society and the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement, the recycling of construction waste become one of the hot problem in the engineering and research community. Construction waste recycled fine aggregate recycling research has important practical significance in our country. The experiment to an abandoned building mortar blocks as recycled aggregates, a comprehensive system of research of natural aggregate, various physical properties of recycled aggregates. Study of different dosage of admixture single doped, three mixing of natural mortar and regeneration performance of mortar, the influence of mechanical properties. Conclusions: (1) only mixed natural aggregate: in 20% of fly ash; Silicon powder in 30%; Polypropylene in 1.2 Kg/m3; Flexural, compressive strength, the highest; (2) regeneration mortar: in 10% of fly ash; Silicon powder in 30%; Polypropylene in 1.2 Kg/m3; Three mixed (silicon powder 10%, variable 10% of fly ash, polypropylene 1.2 Kg/m3); Three mixed (variable silicon powder 20%, 10% of fly ash, polypropylene 1.2 Kg/m3) compressive strength, flexural strength is the highest. Three mixed variables for the silicon powder 10% ~ 40% under the condition of 28 d days maintenance of 7.5 M, can be applied to engineering, in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
