冈布尔(国外英语资料) Estimation of Weibull distribution P[Y X] and its application to stress intensity model reliability 1. introduction Reliability is the ability of a product to perform specified functions within specified conditions and within specified time periods. The probability measure of reliability is called reliability. Through reliability analysis, the establishment of reliability model is an important way to obtain product reliability index. In reliability theory, when X and Y obey an independent distribution, it is important to solve R, that is, P[Y X]. For example, in the product failure mechanism, if the Y represents its environmental stresses, and the X represents its work limit stress, i.e., the strength, the product will fail when Y X. The condition that the product can fulfill the specified function is Y X. Most of the current reliability analysis is from the point of view of the system. The research object is considered as a system. The relationship between the system and its components is studied, and the reliability model is established. Given the heavy exponential distribution (Iterated Exponential Distribution also called Gumble distribution, hereinafter referred to as IE (alpha, beta) distribution) has important applications in physics and astronomy, the analysis of the stress intensity of the distribution. 2. index distribution The random variable x is assigned a heavier exponential distribution when the X distribution function is used: F (x) =exp? (- alpha e^ (- beta)) Where x (+ infty, - alpha, beta 0) Then, the density function of X can be calculated as: F (x) = alpha beta exp (- alpha e^ (- beta, x) - beta x) Where x (+ infty, - alpha, beta 0) 3., a parameter is known for the estimation of the R The random variables X~IE (alpha, _1, beta, _1), Y~IE (alpha, _2, beta, _2), this part considers the reliability factor R in the same case as the parameter beta two, as for the general case, which will be considered in the fifth part. 3.1 maximum li
